- Proven experience managing offshore recruiting and account management teams is highly desirable.
- Proven track record in IT Services sales with a focus on Staff Augmentation.
- Hands-on experience in sales and business development, specifically in the IT professional services industry.
- Utilize your extensive network and connections with SIs and medium enterprises to generate new business opportunities in the US market.
- Leverage an extensive personal professional network to drive new business opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Combine personal networking with advanced lead generation systems to identify and pursue new logos, expanding our client base and market reach.
- Utilize established relationships and industry connections to generate leads and secure high-value clients.
- In-depth understanding of US IT recruitment process and operations.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Worked in IT Staffing and implementation.
- Role will include 60% bench sales and 40% implementation partners.
