Role & responsibilities
1. Manage day to day calendar management, fixing appointments, travel bookings.
2. Assisting in all areas of the business- handling billing, invoices, some experience, or knowledge on tax filing.
3. Planning, coordination, making agendas & MOM for meetings.
4. Read and route incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, including e-mail, answer, and screen telephone calls, arrange conference calls as & when required.
5. Coordinate with entire business teams for arranging review meetings, business plan discussion, collect required data and prepare presentations for Meetings as & when required.
6. Screen and direct phone calls.
7. Scheduling meetings and appointments
8. Make travel arrangements.
9. Take dictation and minutes.
