1. The ideal candidate will have product management expertise to lead and scale our payment products.
2. Create the product strategy, roadmap, plan user experience and lead go-to-market activities
3. Own the product from technology perspective. (Version control, documentation, release notes, cost). Work closely with technical teams for development and launch of new product features.
4. Work with solution architects (SMEs) who shall define the architecture of the product
5. Develop marketing strategy and manage programs that drive awareness and organic demand. Co-ordinate with brand, marketing and PR teams and manage GTM
6. Continuous stay on top of competition and industry trends in the market for payment business
7. Interact with customers regularly to understand customer journey and assess the engagement levels to design solutions to improve customer retention
8. Organize and oversee customer payments, grievances, reconciliations and various promotion/ training initiatives including workshops, webinars, trainings, and events.
9. Work closely with sales and servicing teams to know their pain areas and provide them tools to facilitate the product adoption
10. Define the success criterion for each of the products and features.
11. Work on pricing strategy and commercial modelling with Business and business finance team.
12. Manage the life cycle of the product throughout with addition/removal of features/functionalities
13. Periodically review and present the performance of KPIs and action plans to management
