Assistant Manager - Marketing

Location: Indore/Bhopal/Jabalpur/Gwalior

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for media products (e.g., television, radio, prints, digital advertising).
• Identify new business opportunities, engage with potential clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts that meet both company and client needs.
• Develop strategies to position the companys media offerings in the market, emphasizing unique selling points.
• Conduct market research to understand target demographics, customer behavior, and competitor offerings.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation for media products.
• Oversee digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns) to enhance visibility and reach for the media products.
• Collaborate with the content team to create compelling content that engages potential customers and promotes media offerings.
• Develop and manage budgets for marketing campaigns, media buying, and sales activities.
• Maximize revenue from media sales and partnerships while adhering to budget constraints.
• Use analytics tools to track the success of marketing efforts and sales initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.
• Organize and manage promotional events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to generate leads and promote the media brand.
• Manage the buying and placement of advertisements across various platforms (print, digital, TV, radio, etc.).
• Continuously monitor ad performance and make adjustments to optimize the effectiveness of campaigns.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong background in sales, especially in media or advertising sales.
• Expertise in event planning & Management.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to optimize strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
