Duty Doctor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluation of patients, including history taking and physical examination.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate stabilization (first aid, CPR).
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Explain dosage, potential side effects, and other treatment details to patients.
• Handle cases of diabetes, hypertension, digestive disorders, and more using Ayurvedic approaches.
• Oversee patient admissions, discharges, and transfers during duty hours.
• Provide round-the-clock patient care and emergency services.

Qualification & Skills:

• Must be registered with the respective medical council or board:
• MBBS: Medical Council of India (MCI) or National Medical Commission (NMC).
• BHMS: Central Council of Homeopathy (CCH).
• BAMS: Central Council of Indian Medicine (CCIM).
• Fresh graduates or doctors with prior experience in emergency care, general practice, or specific specialties can be considered.
• Internship or residency experience is often required, especially for-qualified Duty Doctors.
