Trainee - HR Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

Role & responsibilities

Job Description:
We are offering an exciting trainee opportunity with the HR - Compensation & Benefits (C&B) department at BIAL. The selected candidate will work closely with the C&B team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in HR operations, compensation analysis, and benefits management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR C&B team in daily operations and initiatives.
• Analyze compensation data and prepare relevant reports.
• Contribute to reviewing and improving compensation policies and processes.
• Support the preparation of benefits-related documentation and communications.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of HR operations and compensation philosophy.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, with hands-on experience in using advanced Excel functions.
• Local candidates who can commute to the office for interviews and the Excel test are preferred.

Eligibility:

• MBA/PGDM in HR Analytics or related field.
• Up to 1 year of relevant experience in HR or Compensation & Benefits.
