Role & responsibilities

• Work as a liaison among project stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate features for new functionality.
• Supports the Project Manager as well as Technical Lead in the inception, epic creation, feature creation as well as User Story writing to ensure clear scope and acceptance criteria in line with Agile delivery methodology
• Work on business solutioning for various system integrations
• Managing Risk & portfolio for EMI financing, P&L
• Managing Utilization & Automation in Onboarding workflows
• Raise business requirements to tech team for any functionality/enhancement development and close on solutions
• Work with internal and external partners gathering and clearly documenting business requirements
• Closely monitoring progress of inline projects and aligning pipeline projects.
• Conduct internal testing on regular basis and assist in UAT immediately after every build
• Create SOPs related to new enhancements for cross functional team alignment

Preferred candidate profile

1. Should have an MBA/Post Graduate Degree with 8-12 years of work experience
2. Excellent gap analysis, requirement & solution finalization skills
3. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills, ability to communicate, manage well at all levels of the organization and manage team to deliver project on time
4. Basic understanding or APIs & system integrations
5. Prior experience in IT role in the Financial Services would be an added advantage
