Job Description
- As a commercial launch manager, acting as SPOC from the time of project getting awarded, kick off of the project to the time of Commercial launch in the respective country/region of the worlds
- Planning and aligning all the concerns project stake holders, so that all the internal and external stake holders are aligned for the launch of the product in respective region.
- Managing and conducting/organizing regular t-cons with internal and external stake holders on regular basis such as weekly and bi weekly t-cons. Circulating the meeting minutes and tracking the hot spots or critical paths, which might become the show stoppers for the smooth execution of the project
- Ensuring that there is a transparency in the communication to all the stake holders involved are aligned and move towards the common objective of the project and deliver the project/product at committed timelines
- Maintaining and sharing the project status or report on a regular basis, so that all the stake holders are well aware of the project and updates
- Maintaining the project tracker for monitoring and closure of the activities, followed by the smooth manufacturing and release of the product in to the respective market
- Closure of the project by ensuring the smooth dispatch of the goods from facility and in turn smooth launch in the respective regions and in parallel documenting all the lessons learned and implementing them for the future projects
