Senior Project Manager For a Machine Building Company

1. Project Planning:
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Identify project milestones and critical success factors.
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer requirements.
2. Execution and Monitoring:
• Lead project teams to execute project plans, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Implement change management processes as necessary.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or issues.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members.
4. Quality Assurance:
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and inspections.
• Address and resolve any quality issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
5. Resource Management:
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
• Coordinate with other departments to secure necessary resources and support.
6. Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
• Ensure all project deliverables are documented and archived.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the machine-building or manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
