Execute the annual plan for the assigned geography through the assigned broker by way of acquiring new business or servicing existing business.

Collaborate to understand the need of the client and suggesting solution that is profitable as well as of the highest benefit to the brokers client.

Provide feedback to help customize reward plans or schemes that help drive business from a broker.

Actively involved in the leg work right from receipt of RFQ to providing the best quote.

Ensure invoicing, inwarding, policy issuance, dispatch are done as per agreed timelines.

Co-ordinate for implementation of the rewards plan or scheme as well as ensure timely and correct payout.

Actively involved in the leg work for best representation of a deal to the underwriters for the best quote

Resolve service issues in the best possible manner in coordination with cross functional team/s.

Broker wise portfolio analysis to present segment growth/edgrowth, profitable opportunities and risk levels.

Monitor and provide periodical MIS on market share at LOB mix, growth, etc.
