Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
• Manage and oversee daily content posting across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain a social media calendar to ensure consistent and high-quality content.

SEO & Content Optimization

• Implement SEO strategies to optimize social media content, website blogs, and video descriptions.
• Conduct keyword research to improve search rankings and organic reach.
• Optimize social media profiles for searchability and visibility.

Content Creation & Office Vlogging

• Be the face of the brand by creating engaging office vlogs, behind-the-scenes content, and interviews.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) showcasing company culture, processes, and success stories.
• Plan and execute live sessions, Q&A sessions, and company updates via video content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create employee-focused and customer-centric storytelling content.

Marketing Campaigns & Analytics

• Plan and execute organic and paid marketing campaigns to drive leads and engagement.
• Manage ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn to boost brand awareness and conversions.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI) and provide actionable insights.

Engagement & Community Building

• Interact with followers, reply to comments, and engage with potential customers to build a loyal online community.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand advocates, and industry leaders for brand partnerships.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior to stay ahead in the industry.
