Senior Video Editor

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, commercials, corporate projects, and branded content
• Collaborate with directors, producers, and designers to bring creative visions to life
• Apply advanced editing techniques, including color grading, motion graphics, and visual effects
• Ensure seamless audio mixing, sound design, and synchronization
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency
• Provide creative input and oversee junior editors to maintain quality standards
• Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, YT Shots, etc.)
• Organize and maintain video assets, footage, and project files efficiently

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of professional video editing experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve
• Strong knowledge of color correction, motion graphics, and animation
• Experience with sound design, audio mixing, and background scoring
• Excellent storytelling skills and an eye for visual aesthetics
• Ability to lead a team and mentor junior editors
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with social media trends and video formats

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cinematic storytelling, advertising, or documentary editing
• Knowledge of 3D animation and visual effects is a plus
• Background in photography or cinematography
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
