Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Brand Development:
  
• Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with 9to5s vision and market goals.
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
• Marketing Campaign Management:
  
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create engaging marketing materials.
• Collaborations & Partnership Development:
  
• Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic collaborations and partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitch presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners.
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to cultivate new partnerships.
• Work closely with sales and product teams to ensure partnerships are integrated into overall marketing strategies.
• Market Research & Analysis:
  
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyze campaign and partnership performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  
• Work closely with product development, sales, and customer service teams to ensure marketing and partnership strategies support overall business objectives.
• Serve as a brand ambassador by effectively communicating our value proposition to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Budget Management:
  
• Develop and manage marketing and partnership budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
