Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Data Sourcing & Management: Efficiently gather and align relevant data from Google and other sources.
• CRM Utilization: Operate and manage NeoDove CRM for tracking and optimizing call effectiveness.
• Team Coordination: Build, train, and mentor a high-performance tele-calling team.
• Call Analysis & Strategy: Analyze call performance, customer interactions, and conversion metrics to drive improvements.
• Target Achievement: Ensure tele-calling efforts generate positive business directions and deliver expected results.
• Effective Communication: Maintain professional and persuasive communication to drive engagement and business opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience in tele-calling, telesales, or business communication.
• Proficiency in Google search, data handling, and CRM operations (NeoDove preferred).
• Strong analytical skills to track and improve team performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership experience (for Team Leader role).
