Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process for IT roles, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist in maintaining and updating hiring records in our systems.
• Help organize recruitment events and job fairs tailored to IT professionals.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR functions within the IT industry.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
