HR Intern (Pune - 10 To 12k stipend)

Job Title: HR Intern (Male Preferred)
Duration: 3 to 6 months
Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹12,000 (Based on Interview Performance)
Qualification: Graduate
Location: Pune (Shivaji Nagar)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Source candidates from various job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates based on job requirements
• Schedule interviews with stakeholders and coordinate the interview process
• Follow up on hiring status and ensure timely communication with candidates
• Gain exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and maintain recruitment databases
• Assist in stakeholder management and coordinate with different departments
• Handle documentation and support the onboarding process for new hires
• Establish and maintain connections with Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and recruitment agencies
• Ensure smooth execution of HR functions and maintain accurate records
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
• Proactive attitude with a keen interest in learning HR functions
