Mis Manager

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for Reporting/Dashboards in Distribution patch of BPMA.
Responsible for driving automation of reports through Python/Power BI/SQL/VBA etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Publish MIS for monitoring performance
o Data Retrieval & Collation from Cross functional teams & IT
o Publish accurate and timely MIS for channels / key relationships & other Functions.
o Gather, Analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations for business actions.
o Quality Assurance & Compliance of MIS reporting system and collation of data inputs
o Conceptualize and Design Templates for New dashboard/ reports along with customer under the Performance Management framework
o Adhering to agreed TAT and accuracy of the data request
o To consistently & accurately populate various dashboards as per plan & fulfill adhoc requirement
o Manage queries within TAT, improve CSAT score and take actions to reduce queries
o Deep knowledge of Domain and each KPI
o Efficient and smooth Stake holder management
o Make leaders in your team

Data Analysis
o Data analytics for Management support and decision making
o Provide quality trend analysis for management decision-making
o Suggest corrective measures/new means to manage outages
o Handle Ad-hoc analysis requirements for the senior management team.

Automation
o Reduce workload of existing reports via automation
o Optimize current bandwidth & increase efficiency
o Adopt New tool / technologies

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
3 - 4 years of relevant experience
Graduate/PG

Good Communication skills
Good analytical skills with ability to Collate and Analyze Large Amount of Data
Learning Agility
Understanding of MS-Access / Advance Excel
Knowledge of Macros, VB/SQL, Python is required (Power BI or any visualization tool would be added advantage)
