Mis Executive - SFE

Job Summary:The MIS Executive in the Salesforce Effectiveness (SFE) department will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing sales data, generating reports, and supporting the sales team with insights for improved efficiency. This role requires strong data management skills, proficiency in reporting tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and automate MIS reports to track salesforce performance.
• Analyze sales data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all sales reports and dashboards.
• Support CRM operations (Salesforce/other tools) by maintaining and updating records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key Sales KPIs.
• Work closely with the sales team to customize dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Assist in forecasting and trend analysis to support sales planning.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams for system enhancements and troubleshooting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, IT, Statistics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or sales reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
• Experience with Salesforce CRM or other sales analytics tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau (a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets and generate meaningful insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
