Job Description
We are looking for an astute Business Strategy Analyst Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will contribute to the companys success by ensuring the operational efficiency and maximum profit realization from our business pursuits. You will be responsible for analyzing corporate transactions, managing relationships, and presenting detailed financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze the business, markets, financial statements and financial models with a solution-oriented approach.
2. Monitor the financial and operational performance of the portfolio post-sanction through client interaction, site visits, engaging with consultants and legal counsel, and Portfolio performance review reports.
3. Handle post-sanction monitoring including post-disbursement compliances through coordination with the client and internal teams.
4. Regularly review and monitor progress through client discussions/meetings and site visits.
5. Handle various account audits (Internal and external) and ensure minimal audit observations and timely closure of the audit observations if any.
6. Understand the legal and regulatory framework for each transaction.
7. Develop and present financial reports using MS Excel and Power BI.
8. Maintain strong relationships with clients in the school, hotel, and hospitality sectors.
9. Conduct analysis of LAP and LRD transactions.
10. Understand deal structuring, financial analysis, sector insights, market research and demonstrate strong negotiating skills.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of financials.
4. Excellent analytical and strategic skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint presentations, and Power BI.
6. Experience in deal structuring and analysis of corporate transactions.
7. Strong presentation skills and relationship management.
8. Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
9. Experience in the school, hotel, and hospitality sectors is a plus.
10. Familiarity with covenant monitoring and operational performance.
11. Ability to handle various account audits and ensure minimal audit observations.
