Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Generate Leads and Drive Sales:
    1. Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels (e.g., networking, cold calling, online research, industry events).
    2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand within existing accounts.
    3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations that highlight the unique benefits of Greeksoft's algo products.
    4. Skillfully manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
    5. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets.

  • Build and Nurture Relationships:
    1. Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
    2. Cultivate a deep understanding of client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
    3. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and guidance on how Greeksoft's algo products can optimize their operations and drive business growth.

  • Market Intelligence and Collaboration:
    1. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the algo product domain.
    2. Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
    3. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., product development, marketing, customer support) to ensure seamless client experience and maximize sales performance.

Qualifications


  • Proven Track Record: 4 plus years of experience in B2C sales, with a demonstrable history of success in selling software solutions or technology-related products. Experience in the financial technology or algo trading space is highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, along with the capacity to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Technical Acumen: A solid understanding of financial markets, trading concepts, and algorithmic trading strategies. Familiarity with software development and data analysis is a plus.
  • Results-Oriented Mind-set: A self-starter with a strong work ethic, a hunter mentality, and a relentless drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to analyse client needs, identify challenges, and propose effective solutions using Greeksoft's algo products.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
