Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with across departments and Responsible for understanding the organization structure and implementation of the internal business controls environment.
2. Operational risk mgmt framework to create and drive the execution through stake holders.
3. Responsible for identify the risk within a best practice, a control framework should be used or developed to ensure completeness.
4. Identifying risks begins with scenario analysis.
5. Review of various units and presenting key risk to Risk Management committee.
6. Once the risks are identified, the risks are assessed using an impact and likelihood scale(Risk assessment matrix).
7. Risks should be measured against a consistent scale to allow the risks to be prioritized and ranked comparative to one another.
8. The measurement should be also considers the cost of controlling the risk related to the potential exposure.
9. Risks should be monitored through an ongoing risk assessment to determine any changes over time.
10. The risks and any changes should be reported to senior management and the board to facilitate decision-making processes.
11. Responsible for information security risk framework , review and policy.
12. Responsible for monitoring the firewalls and data encryption programs, to protect sensitive information.
13. Ensure appropriate risk mitigation and control processes for security incidents as required.
14. Exception reporting to stakeholders and Risk committee.
15. Risk indicator dashboard for the board.
16. Design, develop and maintain ETL data integration process with the across department.
17. Develops and Suggests alternative approaches to problem resolution Primary Skill set, Data entry control.
18. Advanced reports creation using queries, VBA integration programming. Database task automation using VBA and macros

1) Effective Communication skill: should know when to speak; what to speak and how to speak
2) Writing & Presentation skill: perfect e-mail generation and note making ability, content should reveal an intelligent, creative and well-read mind.
3) Good hands on MS Office.
4) A relevant work experience of 5-6 years of internal control handling in reputed organization.
III) Academic Qualification
1) A Graduate/Post Graduate
2) Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
