Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
• Conduct data analysis to support management in decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
• Handle general office tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and managing correspondence.
• Act as a point of contact for employees, assisting with queries and directing requests as needed.
• Help in organizing team events, meetings, and activities.
• Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Must be a recent graduate, preferably in business administration or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members, management, and clients.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis techniques and tools (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.). Ability to organize and interpret data to provide meaningful insights.
• Ability to create visually appealing and clear presentations using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other similar tools.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn. A proactive approach towards taking on tasks and working in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accuracy in maintaining records and managing administrative tasks.
• Ability to identify issues and suggest solutions in a timely manner.
