Production Support & Delivery Lead

Role & responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Projects, deliveries or issues.

2. Responsible for requirement gathering, vendor coordination for deliveries or issues.

3. Responsible for on-boarding new Vendors / Service Providers incl. VRM assessment etc.

4. Owner for Internal IT Stakeholders coordination and monthly IT Provisions

5. Expected to work in a Ownership work culture

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Above 7/8+ years of experience in BFSI

2. Hands-on experience on oracle & SQL database with sufficient knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL coding

3. Hands-on experience on API Integrations

4. Hands-on experience in end-2-end Vendor on-boarding, approval process, agreements tracking & payment processing

5. Team player with expertise in managing team and having open mind set for working with other Stakeholders

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor in Engineering/MCA/BSC IT
• Preference for candidates with domain-specific knowledge and relevant certifications.
• Hands-on or proficient knowledge on AWS Cloud setup
