Key Program Highlights:

✨ Summer Internship:

• Duration: 2 months
• Stipend: Rs. 7,500 per month

Location: Hyderabad, Nagpur, Nashik, Surat, Vadodara, Chandigarh

Role: Equity Advisor

Responsibilities:

1) Engage with clients & motivate them to invest in the equity market.

2) One-on-One interaction with clients regarding their investment options.

3) Pitching and selling third-party products to client.

4) Develop and recommend in-house recommendations to clients.

5) Offering advisory services as recommended by the research

6) Offering advisory services as recommended by the research team while cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners.

• Interns will be provided with essential tools such as laptops and training.
• You will work on Key Responsibilities (KRAs) over a 60 day period.
• Successful completion will earn you an Internship Certificate.

If Selected for Final Placement Opportunity:

• Get CTC of 3.5 LPA
• Retention Bonus up to Rs 75,000

1. Final Placement Evaluation:
   Interns will be assessed on skills, discipline, and performance. High performers will be invited for a final interview with the Regional Head and offered final placements.
2. Pre-Joining Requirement:
   Final candidates must complete the NISM certification before joining, based on your campus schedule.
