Role & responsibilities

1. As a Project manager, the role will be to oversee various administrative aspects of an interior design project of branch /offices/currency chest etc. his specific duties will be to consult Business teams to determine their requirements and prepare layouts as per bank design,
2. Budgeting, cost controlling, planning, schedule, and ensure the project is delivered within stipulated timelines.
3. PO placement to vendor
4. Coordinating with the internal team to deliver necessary support.
5. Traveling across the state for project coordination and supervision.
6. Bill verification and coordination with accounts for payment release.
7. Designing layout on AutoCAD.
8. Solid technical background, with an understanding of handling bank software applications
9. Excellent Business/client-facing and internal communication skills
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
11. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Educational BG

1. BE in Civil in mandatory
