Job Description
1. Develop detailed engineering designs and plans for civil projects, including infrastructure, roads, bridges, and buildings. Utilize industry software and tools to create and review design models and specifications.
2. Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources. Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within scope.
3. Conduct site assessments and surveys to evaluate project feasibility, site conditions, and environmental impact. Prepare and review site reports and documentation.
4. Ensure all engineering work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and standards. Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of work.
5. Work closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering professionals to coordinate project activities and resolve any technical issues.
6. Identify and address engineering problems or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Develop and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
7. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, plans, and specifications. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master s degree or further specialization is a plus.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in civil engineering, with experience in software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro).
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
