Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets related to merchant acquiring, merchant activities, and digital payment services.
- Oversee the activation process for new merchants on boarded through various channels such as EDC, swapping, MPOS, and online payments.
- Ensure seamless integration of Amazon Pay, UPI, IMPS, and other payment systems with existing infrastructure.
- Develop strategies to increase sales revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of merchant banking products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-6 years of experience in BFSI industry with expertise in merchant acquiring, merchant activities, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of POS machines (Swipes), QR codes, phonePe/Paytm/Amazon Pay/UPi/IMPS/EDC/Merchant Onboarding processes.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
