Key Responsibilities
- Lead research projects from start to finish including Proposal Design (Objective, Research design, Sample Design, costing), Project Launch, Questionnaire design, Presentation preparation and sharing insights with clients
- Assist in the development of strong proposals to meet client needs, based on short research briefs and/or elaborate RFPs, including assisting with costing structure, methodological design, analytical framework, etc.
- Adept in independently handling all stages in a Market Research Project- Responding to Proposal Design (Objective, Research design, Sample Design, costing), Project Launch, Questionnaire design, Presentation preparation and sharing insights with clients.
- Managing clients and driving client satisfaction by providing insights and actionable recommendations along with research led consulting analysis during presentations.
- Undertake sales activities independently or in conjunction with senior members in terms of preparation and delivery of proposal and credentials.
- Assist in the development of strong proposals to meet client needs, based on short research briefs and/or elaborate RFPs, including assisting with costing structure, methodological design, analytical framework, etc.
Requirements
- 5-10 yearsexperience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies
- Strong Client Focus and Pro activeness
- Working knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis
- Excellent project & team management skills
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior
- Strong Communication & Persuading Skills
- Rank holder and achiever
- Graduate with minimum of 60% scores throughout their academic career
- Candidateshaving QMS certification would be preferred.
