Job Overview:
- We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with a passion for technology and cybersecurity to join our team.
- In this leadership role, you will oversee sales operations, drive business development, and lead a team of sales professionals to promote our cybersecurity products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Lead efforts to identify and engage prospective clients in need of cybersecurity solutions.
- Drive lead generation through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Oversee the presentation and demonstration of cybersecurity products and services to potential clients.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their evolving cybersecurity needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client inquiries, support, and solutions delivery.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Continuously monitor cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and market demands.
- Lead the identification of opportunities for product improvements or the introduction of new solutions based on client feedback.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Set and manage sales targets, working closely with the team to achieve and exceed objectives.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to the senior management team.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within IT or cybersecurity.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams to success.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity products such as firewalls, endpoint security, and threat management solutions is a plus.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
