Brand Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development:
• Develop and implement the brand strategy to drive awareness, preference, and customer loyalty.
• Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Define the brands positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Brand Communication:
• Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels.
• Work with the creative team to develop advertising materials, promotional content, and brand collateral.
• Manage the brands social media presence, ensuring the voice and tone align with brand values.
• Product Development & Innovation:
• Collaborate with product development teams to create new products or adapt existing ones to align with brand strategy.
• Analyze product performance and gather insights to refine product offerings.
• Market & Consumer Insights:
• Monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Conduct consumer research (focus groups, surveys, etc.) to gain insights into brand perception and customer needs.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the brands marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Track campaign performance, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, design, production) to ensure brand consistency and meet business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners such as advertising agencies, influencers, and media outlets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager
• Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate
  recommendations to executives
• Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
• Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
• Outstanding communication skills
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices
• Degree in marketing or a related field
