Awfis - Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition (4-8 yrs)

- Position will be responsible for creating ways to attract the best talent from the industry. The same shall involve employer branding, corporate connect, etc.

- Responsible for handling the entire recruitment process right from sourcing & screening resumes to short listing candidates, coordinating & conducting interviews.

- Sourcing through various job portals, Social Networking Sites, vendor hiring, through references as per the requirement specifications

- Taking preliminary rounds and on the basis of that schedule further round with the head of concerned department or manager.

- Coordination between the managers and the employees.

- Facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
