Awfis - Manager - Corporate Strategy & Analytics (4-6 yrs)

This role is critical in shaping the company's growth and strategic direction. The Manager - Corporate Strategy will work cross-functionally with operations, finance, marketing, HR, and technology teams to develop and implement high-impact strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a keen understanding of industry trends to drive the company's sustainability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Collaborate with the CEO to design and implement growth strategies ensuring long-term business sustainability and scalability.

- Identify new business opportunities and assist with product ideation.

- Monitor industry trends, competition, and emerging markets to provide actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Act as a bridge between the CEO's office and core departments, ensuring cohesive strategy execution.

- Partner with operations, finance, marketing, HR, and technology teams to analyze business performance and develop efficiency-enhancing strategies.

Market & Industry Analysis:

- Stay updated on trends in the commercial real estate and co-working sectors to inform strategic decision-making.

- Design and manage supply-side strategies based on market insights and industry benchmarks.

Data Analysis & Reporting

- Perform comprehensive data analysis to drive cost efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

- Create and manage financial models, dashboards, and analytics tools to support senior leadership and investor decision-making.

Project Management

- Lead and execute special projects assigned by the CEO, including process improvements, strategic initiatives, and operational enhancements.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

Education - Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Experience:

- 4-6 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related roles.

- Prior exposure to the commercial real estate or co-working industry is a plus.
