Awfis is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning & Development Specialist with a proven history of creativity and high performance to support our L&D vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs. This role involves coordination with business stakeholders to ensure timely execution of training initiatives, resource planning, and logistics management. Additionally, the role includes delivering instructor-led training for new hires and existing employees and managing various skill development programs.
Position Responsibilities:
- Training Content Development: Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design functional training content.
- Organizational Learning: Partner with the HR team to drive company-wide learning interventions.
- Needs Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to identify upcoming learning needs.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, e-learning modules, and other resources to address identified needs.
- Effectiveness Measurement: Identify and measure key metrics to track training effectiveness, business impact, and ROI.
- Project Contribution: Support organizational-level projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Logistics Coordination: Plan and manage resources and logistics to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Basic Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources Management.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant L&D experience, with at least 3 years managing L&D initiatives independently.
- Proven expertise in conducting training needs analysis with organizational leaders.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Skilled in developing training materials using models like ADDIE.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Competence in creating e-learning content and materials.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in measuring training effectiveness, tracking metrics, and reporting on ROI.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong facilitation abilities.
- Budget Management: Experience in calculating, allocating, and managing L&D budgets effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills.
- Expertise in influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to align on learning interventions.
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Experience in using tools like Adobe Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, or other e-learning software.
- Familiarity with emerging L&D technologies and best practices.
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.
