Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as an Investor Relations and Corporate Strategy Manager. This role is critical in driving the company's long-term strategic vision, managing relationships with investors, and ensuring effective communication of the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage investor communication strategies, including press releases, investor presentations, and financial reports.

2. Act as the primary point of contact for current and potential investors, addressing inquiries and maintaining strong relationships.

3. Collaborate with finance and executive teams to prepare monthly MIS reports.

4. Organize and lead investor meetings, roadshows, and monthly general meetings.

5. Manage relationships with investors, ensuring clear and consistent communication of the company's financial performance and strategic direction.

6. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansions, partnerships, and acquisitions.

7. Ensure compliance with all investor-related regulations and standards, including corporate governance and disclosure requirements.

8. Manage investor relations during challenging times, such as market downturns or operational issues, ensuring clear and reassuring communication.

9. Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the industry.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field; MBA or CFA qualification preferred.

2. Proven experience in corporate strategy, investor relations, or related roles, preferably within the finance function of a public company.

3. Strong understanding of financial analysis, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

4. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, synthesize insights, and develop actionable recommendations.

5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
