AWC Software - Peoplesoft HRMS Consultant - Support & Implementation (5-12 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

PeopleSoft Configuration and Implementation :

- Configure and customize PeopleSoft HRMS and Finance modules to meet the organization's requirements.

- Implement system upgrades and patches to ensure optimal performance.

HRMS Management :

- Oversee the HRMS module, including employee data management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and time and attendance tracking.

- Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

Finance Management :

- Manage the Finance module, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and budgeting.

- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making.

Integration :

- Collaborate with other departments to integrate PeopleSoft HRMS and Finance modules with other enterprise systems.

User Support and Training :

- Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and offer training to ensure efficient utilization of PeopleSoft applications.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard sensitive HR and financial data.

- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Reporting :

- Create and generate reports using PeopleSoft reporting tools to provide insights into HR and financial data.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience in configuring and supporting PeopleSoft HRMS and Finance modules.

- Strong understanding of HR and finance business processes.

- Knowledge of PeopleSoft tools and technologies, including PeopleCode and Application Designer.

- Familiarity with SQL and database management.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Certification in PeopleSoft or relevant areas is a plus.
