Senior PeopleSoft Consultant - Campus Solutions (6-8 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Expertise :

- Design, develop, and implement complex PeopleSoft solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve critical production issues.

- Perform configuration changes and system upgrades.

- Develop and maintain custom reports, interfaces, and conversions.

- Leverage SQL and database tools for data analysis and optimization.

Functional Knowledge :

- Possess in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions modules.

- Understand business processes and requirements.

- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.

- Provide functional support and training to end-users.

Project Management :

- Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Adhere to project timelines and budgets.

Customer Focus :

- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support.

- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- 6+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.

- Strong technical skills, including PeopleTools, Application Designer, Component Interface, and SQR.

- In-depth knowledge of SQL and database concepts.

- Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades and implementations.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI.

- Knowledge of integration technologies (e., web services, APIs).

- Experience with BI Publisher and reporting tools.

- Certifications in PeopleSoft or related technologies
