We are also one of the biggest post-consumer plastic recycling company having modern infrastructure in Ghaziabad with current capacity of appx 1000 M.T. per month of processing to be scaled further to be Indias largest.


Job Summary:

AVRO India Limited, a leading furniture manufacturing company, is seeking a results-oriented Lead Generation Head to utilise available data and onboard channel partners.

In this role, you will manage a team of Lead Generation Executives, develop effective outreach strategies, and help generate qualified leads to support our sales objectives. Your leadership will be key in promoting our furniture products and enhancing customer engagement across India.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manager the lead generation team, providing training, coaching, and motivation to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies specifically tailored to the furniture market to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, analysing data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to align lead generation initiatives with overall business goals and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, set goals, and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, with at least 4 years in a leadership role, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and motivate team members.
