As a Senior Scrum Master at AVIZVA, you will lead and oversee project-level Scrum ceremonies with a strategic focus, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication across teams and stakeholders.

In this role, you'll mentor teams in Agile methodologies, driving high performance and continuous improvement and will act as a key liaison, fostering alignment between Scrum Teams, stakeholders, and organizational objectives.

Your ability to anticipate and address challenges will be critical in driving proactive solutions and strengthening cross-functional synergies.

With a strategic focus on project scope and objectives, you'll align team deliverables with business goals while ensuring a clear and prioritized product backlog in collaboration with the Product Owner.

Additionally, you'll coach emerging Scrum Masters, shape Agile strategies, and champion the advancement of Scrum practices.

Job Responsibilities :

- Oversee program-wide initiatives by developing a holistic understanding of ongoing projects, their objectives, scope, and alignment with business strategies, while identifying and managing critical cross-team dependencies.

- Champion Scrum methodologies by acting as the custodian of Agile practices, leading Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) to align with team and organizational goals.

- Mentor Agile teams in Scrum principles, product vision, and scope, fostering a culture of shared ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Track and evaluate project progress, delivering timely feedback and maintaining transparency in communications with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proactively identify and mitigate risks-both technical and interpersonal-that could hinder progress, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

- Optimize the product backlog by partnering with the Product Owner, leveraging insights from ceremonies, and utilizing Agile tools to ensure visibility, prioritization, and transparency.

- Represent Agile teams in Scrum of Scrums, delivering progress updates, addressing dependencies, and aligning efforts with broader program objectives.

- Facilitate PI Planning events, ensuring seamless communication, workflow alignment, and dependency management within the Agile Release Train.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, with a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and adaptation of emerging Agile methodologies.

- 5-8 years of proven Agile project management experience, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in leading high-performance teams through complex project landscapes.

- Comprehensive expertise in facilitating Scrum events, ensuring optimal team collaboration and productivity.

- Advanced proficiency in Agile management tools, with specialized expertise in Jira automation, advanced roadmapping, and strategic project scheduling technologies.

- Deep understanding and application of Agile estimation techniques like Story Pointing and Planning Poker, fostering accurate project planning and delivery.

- Expertise in utilizing advanced project scheduling tools like Advance Roadmap and PI Planning Tools such as Team Board Post Scheduler, enabling strategic project planning and execution.

- Extensive knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SaFe) and advanced Kanban practices, complemented by a robust understanding of Lean principles.

- Strong analytical acumen and proactive problem-solving skills to mitigate risks, prioritize tasks, and drive efficient project outcomes.
