Product Manager (8-19 yrs)

Overview of The Role :

As a Product Manager at AVIZVA, you step into a hybrid role of that of a Product Owner for a product and Product manager, leading a small team of POs working on their respective products.

In all scenarios, you'll be considered as one of the key stakeholders of the products and you'll play an instrumental role in shaping the products' vision, strategy, & roadmaps. You'll be expected to combine strategic thinking and hands-on management skills to complement your prior experience and product ownership expertise, to ensure that the product(s) meets both business goals and user expectations.

As one of the key point of contact & liaison for the clients/stakeholders & SMEs, you'll brainstorm product ideas, vision, & strategy to create (or help create) a healthy product backlog and product roadmap.

As the internal stakeholder for the product's design & development team, helping them make steady progress, resolving queries & blockers, & ideating solutions through cross-functional brainstorming, collaboration, facilitation & support.

Skills & Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or any other analytically inclined field of study.

2. At least 7+ years of experience with as a Product Manager.

3. Excellent verbal & written communication skills with proven expertise in business communication with CXO, senior executives, SMEs & business teams.

4. A strong analytical mindset, with proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and an ability to seamlessly comprehend variety of business problems following various methods.

5. The prowess to ideate innovative IT solutions by means of established products as well as custom IT solutions.

6. Ability to interpret nuanced technological facets from business inputs gathered through stakeholder interactions to facilitate the requisite bridging between them and the members of the product development team.

7. Solid knowledge and appreciation of Agile fundamentals with product development experience following Scrum, & Kanban.

8. Proven expertise around converting stakeholder vision into a healthy detailed product backlog & formulating detailed product roadmaps, taking into consideration the various factors through cross-functional collaboration.

9. Proven expertise around documentation formats such as PRD, BRD, FRD, SRS, User Journeys, Use-Cases, User-Stories, Data Flow Diagrams (DFDs), System Flows, Context diagrams, etc.

10. Hands-on experience on diagrammatic analysis & representation of business processes, data & system flows using BPMN & UML diagrams such as activity flow, sequence diagrams, DFDs, etc using tools such as MS Visio, draw.io and other industry-popular tools.

11. Experience of driving UI/UX designs with designer groups by means of enabler tools such as Wireframes, sketches, flow diagrams, information architecture, information hierarchy, etc.

12. Must have hands-on experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, & Confluence.

13. Must have hands-on SQL experience of writing simple to medium complexity queries and knowledge of Conceptual & Logical Data Modeling (entities & relationships) exposure to Mongo DB would be an added advantage.

14. Must have conceptual & working knowledge & hands-on exposure to systems integrations, REST APIs, understanding of wrapper APIs, Elastic-search Indexes, & common AWS products such as S3, Cognito, etc.

15. Experience of working on Healthcare Insurance domain-focused IT products and /or Industry knowledge would be a huge advantage.

16. Experience of having managed a team of POs and/or BAs would be a huge advantage.

17. Exposure to Jira Product Discovery & Bitbucket would be an added advantage.
