As the Lead Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, analysis, and implementation of structural engineering projects

Qualifications And Skills

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

Executive:More than 10 years of experience in structural engineering

Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred

Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles

Proficiency in industry software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead and manage the structural engineering team in the design, analysis, and implementation of projects

Prepare and review technical drawings, calculations, and specifications

Perform structural analysis and simulations using industry software

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers

Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions

Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations

Conduct site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
