Job Overview :We are hiring a Junior Process Designer with 1 to 3 years of experience for a full-time position at our Chennai location

The role requires expertise in process design, drafting, and technical drawing skills, specifically within the oil and gas sector

The successful candidate will contribute to our high-standard project execution.

Qualifications And Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory skill) for creating and managing technical drawings and designs.

Strong skills in P&ID (Mandatory skill), demonstrating expertise in piping and instrumentation diagrams.

Competency in drafting (Mandatory skill) and preparing detailed engineering documentation.

Experience with Process Flow Diagrams, showcasing the ability to interpret and create process visuals.

Understanding of oil and gas processes, ensuring designs are aligned with industry standards and practices.

Experience in working for front-end engineering design (FEED) projects, displaying ability to work on initial project phases.

Involvement in detail engineering projects, demonstrating capacity to execute and deliver detailed designs.

Ability to work collaboratively within project teams, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.

Roles And Responsibilities

Develop and execute process design, ensuring alignment with project specifications and standards.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including P&ID and Process Flow Diagrams.

Collaborate with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions to design challenges.

Participate in reviews and assessments of design modifications during project phases.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies to improve design quality.

Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards throughout the design process.

Support project delivery by identifying and mitigating potential risks in design execution.
