Hr Executive And Generalist

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and niche roles in the aerospace sector.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks to attract top talent.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and manage offer rollouts and negotiations.

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Manage attendance, leave records, and generate monthly reports for payroll processing.

Administrative Activities

• Oversee office administration tasks, such as facility management, vendor coordination, and procurement of office supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
• Organize and manage company events, meetings, and training sessions.
• Monitor and manage administrative budgets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
