HR & Admin Executive

• Liasoning work with all regulatory authorities on statutory compliance related to Labour law
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Maintain and manage employee records, ensuring all HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Coordination for all the HR compliance audits and Safety audits
• Supporting WHSE Manager on all the compliance documentation related to Health, Safety & Environment under local applicable law.
• Handle various generalist HR activities, including attendance management, leave tracking, and updating HR files.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
• Conduct training and development programs to ensure employees' growth and performance improvement.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve issues promptly to foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR-related statutory obligations.
• Handling day to day admin work, travel arrangement, house keeping etc
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure the safe storage of sensitive employee information.
• Maintain and update company policies, employee handbooks, and procedural documents.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have minim 3 years experience in HR Generalist role and should have good knowledge on labour law, Employee relations and good working knowledge in manufacturing industry.
