Hiring for the role of Lead Talent Acquisition- VLSI /Semiconductor Hiring - MNC
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Recruitment Specialist to manage and drive end-to-end hiring for VLSI and Semiconductor roles in a leading multinational corporation. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of semiconductor industry hiring needs, talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to attract top-tier professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet business needs.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques such as headhunting, networking, job portals, and social media platforms.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer in the semiconductor industry.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and niche roles.
- Manage recruitment metrics to ensure timely and quality hiring.
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market dynamics.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on VLSI/Semiconductor hiring.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles in the semiconductor industry (e.g., ASIC Design, Verification, Physical Design, RTL Design, DFT, Analog/Mixed Signal, etc.).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze hiring trends and recommend proactive hiring strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in hiring for R&D centres or semiconductor startups.
- Strong network within the semiconductor industry talent pool.
- Understanding of global hiring trends and best practices.
