Hiring for the role of Senior Recruiter - VLSI /Semiconductor Hiring - MNC (corporate Opportunity)

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development:

- Leverage advanced sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent in VLSI semiconductor domains, including chip design, verification, and layout.

- Build a strong talent pipeline using job boards, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), referrals, and industry-specific platforms.

- Engage with passive candidates and build long-term relationships with potential hires.

End-to-End Recruitment:

- Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.

- Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and market strategies.

- Drive recruitment for roles across multiple domains such as analog/mixed-signal design, RTL design, ASIC verification, and DFT.

Interview Coordination & Evaluation:

- Coordinate and conduct technical and behavioral interviews in collaboration with technical panels.

- Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with the company's values and business goals.

- Provide comprehensive feedback to hiring managers and candidates.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent availability data.

- Maintain strong communication with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.

Candidate Experience:

- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and professionalism.

- Manage post-offer engagement to reduce dropouts and improve onboarding success rates.

Data & Reporting:

- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and sourcing channel effectiveness.

- Present hiring progress and insights to senior leadership regularly.
