SAP PM/DLM Consultant (8-9 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, focusing on Plant Maintenance (PM) and Document Lifecycle Management (DLM) modules.

- Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional and technical specifications, and configure the SAP system accordingly.

- Design and implement end-to-end solutions for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.

- Configure and integrate DLM functionalities with PM processes for efficient document management related to assets and maintenance activities.

- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Develop and document "to-be" business processes and functional specifications.

- Ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business requirements and best practices.

- Perform hands-on configuration of SAP PM and DLM modules, including master data setup, work order management, maintenance planning, and document version control.

- Develop and execute test plans, resolve defects, and ensure successful system integration and user acceptance testing.

- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes.

- Collaborate with other SAP consultants and developers to ensure seamless integration between PM, DLM, and other relevant SAP modules.

- Participate in data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.

- Develop and deliver user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.

- Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents.

- Provide post go live support.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA PM and DLM functionalities and best practices.

- Share knowledge and expertise with team members and contribute to the development of internal knowledge repositories.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP PM and DLM implementation projects.

- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PM and DLM configuration.

- Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.

- Excellent understanding of maintenance processes, document management principles, and integration with other SAP modules.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -

- SAP certification in PM or DLM is a plus.

- Experience with data migration tools and techniques.

- Experience with testing tools and methodologies.
