Position Title: Team Leader - Accounts Receivables

Location: MOHALI

Description: We seek an experienced, Team Leader to join our team at AVASO. As a senior executive Accounts The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and expertise in Accounts Receivables.

Job Description/KRA:

1. Team Leadership & Management: •

• Lead and motivate the AR team to achieve departmental goals.
• Assign, monitor, and delegate work effectively.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and training.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

2. AR Process Management:

• Oversee the entire AR cycle (invoicing, collections, overdue).
• Ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Implement effective collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

3. Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare and analyse AR reports (aging, cash flow, forecasts).
• Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure timely closure.
• Monitor KPIs and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide accurate and timely financial information to management.

4.Process Improvement & Innovation:

• Continuously identify and implement process improvements.
• Leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Develop and implement best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

6. Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and taxes.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AR activities.

7. System Utilization:

• Effectively utilize AR systems (SAP, ZOHO, Xero) to improve efficiency. 8. Monthly Closing & Reconciliations
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and reconciliations.

Skills Required: •

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel •
• Experience with Accounting Software (XERO, Zoho, SAP) •
• Clear accounting skills and concepts •
• Effective Communication & Team management •
• Accuracy and Precision •
• Experience in Accounts receivable role. •
• Experienced in the IT industry. •
• Ability for Decision Making and Quick Issue Resolution.
