Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Job Description/Desired Profile:
1Need to Coordinate with Customers & Sales for Payment on Phone Calls & Emails
2Ensuring correct application of payment received
3Clearing Payment Received against Invoices
4Raising Dispute on Portal for GR & Non-GR claims of Customers
5Follow up for Dispute Approval with concerns, for unsettled claims.
6Follow up with warehouse for Dispute Approval for GR, for unsettled claims.
7Credit not Generation of GR & Non-GR Claims, in SAP
8Ledger Reco Quarterly / Half Yearly / Yearly
9Resolving Day to day customer issues related to Payment & other.
10Educating customers to make use of Merchant portal & converting them to make use Online Payment Module
11Should have knowledge of Accounts & SAP
12Required Work experience of 4-5 years in receivable function is a must
