We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to lead Fruit Processing Sales of both Domestic & exports also responsible for IQF operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the food industry, with a deep understanding of fruit processing techniques and IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) technology. This strategic role requires a visionary leader who can drive operational excellence, ensure product quality, and foster a culture of innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee all aspects of fruit processing, including sourcing, quality control, production planning, and packaging.

- Ensure efficient and effective implementation of IQF technology to maintain product quality and maximize output.

- Manage and develop a team of skilled professionals to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.

- Implement strategies to optimize production costs while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and technological advancements to drive operational efficiency and product innovation.

- Ensure adherence to all relevant food safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
