Job Description

- Looking for candidate having minimum 3+ years' experience in Sales in the fields of Agriculture Machineries, Dairy development and Veterinary products.

- Responsible for Business development across Karnataka & Northern states in India (two different positions).

- Implementing strategic sales plans that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

- Shall be engaging with prospective Customers in private and public sectors.

- Should achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams.

- Self-motivated style of working, especially startup working environment.

- Involves extensive traveling to Customer locations in respect assigned states.

- Build and maintain customer base consisting of customers/suppliers.

- Ensuring the planned incoming order and project result targets for the specified customers.

- Overlooking payments, follow-ups, customer conflict resolution, increasing customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

- Excellent in dealing with direct Sales in new Customer Development

- Customer acquisition, development, expansion and relationship management

- Sales exposure to multiple customers with access to decision makers

- Strong communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written.

- Proficiency in English followed by Local language.

- Willingness to work hands-on on entire sales cycle.

- Focus on innovative technologies for sales and foster research and development.

- Detailed Dairy/Agriculture manufacturing process know how and different Farming Technologies for production environments.

- Supporting ongoing projects for the customer according to requirements

- Developing collaborations with state animal husbandry departments, the dairy Industry, Agri-machinery dealers, and other Channel partners to create new business opportunities.

- Scouting for research and advocacy projects in the dairy sector.

- Stay updated with current marketing trends and strategies.

Education: MBA in Agri Business/rural management/Dairy Husbandry/Food Technology/ Marketing from a reputed university.
